There are no refunds for downloaded products and recordings.
Leadership and Learning Programs Refund Policy for Participants
Scheele Learning Systems has the following refund policy for participants in our leadership and learning programs:
As a participant, if you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of your event tuition, less the administrative fees, not to exceed 40% of the event tuition, at the end of the first session or at the end of the first day of a multi-day program. You are responsible to pay any and all of your travel costs including transportation, lodging and food expenses.
All requests for refunds must be in writing and given to a staff person before leaving the event. If the event included course materials, all of these course materials must be returned in good condition to a staff person. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks after the event ends.
Scheele Learning Systems has the following refund policy for refunding tuitions paid by participants in advance of attending our programs:
If you cancel within 7 days of registering for a program, you will receive either a full refund or a full credit will be applied to a future program within the following 18 months.
If you cancel seven days after registering as a participant, you will have a partial refund:
- 120 days or more before the start of the program, you will receive a refund of 80% of the tuition you have paid.
- 60 to 119 days before the start of the program, you will receive a refund of 60% of the tuition you have paid.
- 30 to 59 days before the start of the program, you will receive a refund of 40% of the tuition you have paid.
- Less than 30 days before the start of the program, no refund is available.
You may also find another individual to take your place in the program. Scheele Learning Systems must receive written notice of this individual’s name and contact information no later than three days before the event begins. You are responsible to negotiate any financial compensation for your enrollment fees with the person who will attend in your place. If you do not contact Scheele Learning Systems to cancel as described within this policy, no refund or credit will be available.
All requests for cancellations must be written and mailed to Scheele Learning Systems, 540 Lake Street, Excelsior, MN 55331. Cancellations may also be emailed to Grow@ScheeleLearning.com. If you do not receive a response indicating we have received your emailed cancellation within 3 business days, please contact us at 952-470-7368. Any and all course materials received in advance of the course must be returned to this address in good condition prior to a refund being processed.
